Job summary

Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to support client engagements focused on evaluating and managing cybersecurity risk. You will lead client-facing assessments, conduct interviews, workshops, and executive readouts, and translate findings into engagement scoping and SOWs aligned with NIST CSF and transaction objectives.

The role involves assessing cybersecurity posture in transaction contexts, performing due diligence, and delivering high‑quality client reports

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7 years of cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Experience supporting cyber resilience assessments, readiness reviews or tabletop exercises is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk narratives for high‑level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing assessments, including interviews and workshops.
• Translate discussions into clear engagement scopes and SOWs.
• Produce client-ready reports with prioritized findings and recommendations.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Bridge technical findings into business, legal and executive risk narratives.
