Job summary

Comcast is seeking a highly analytical Senior Compliance Analyst to join the CCM team within the Cybersecurity GRC organization. You will help ensure our technology environment, data practices, and security controls align with internal policies and standards.

You will partner with engineering to embed compliance into platform design and deliver actionable insights to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning and leading cybersecurity processes or programs.
• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks environments.
• Experience analyzing data to support compliance reporting and risk awareness.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to create clear presentations and reports for program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define, map, and document continuous compliance control requirements aligned to cybersecurity frameworks and policies.
• Continuously test and validate the design and effectiveness of technical controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications for engineering and product teams.
• Validate platforms and system updates to ensure embedded compliance requirements.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor automated controls and identify anomalies or failures.
• Provide analytical support for internal audits, regulatory inquiries, and broader GRC efforts.
• Synthesize data into dashboards and reports, communicating risk trends to stakeholders.
