Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive analyses to define and implement strategic efforts supporting on-premise and off-premise cloud infrastructure operations
• Perform needs analyses and consult with customers and vendors to define requirements for new or improved business process solutions and emerging technologies
• Provide authoritative technical advice and assistance to system administrators, cybersecurity engineers, and managers on existing and future service offerings and their sustainment
• Analyze and identify potential risk areas when implementing hardware changes and modifications to operational support models
