Job summary

Ariel Partners seeks a seasoned cloud security professional for the DLA PIEE program to modernize and sustain a DoD procurement platform.

You will lead security architecture, guide ATO processes, ensure RMF, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust compliance across OCI and AWS GovCloud IL5, and work with DevSecOps teams to implement secure, scalable cloud solutions for DoD users.

Ideal candidates have TS clearance, 10+ years in DoD cloud security, and proven DoD IT accreditation experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 10 years of DoD cloud security experience.
• Experience achieving ATOs in cloud environments (OCI, AWS GovCloud).
• 5+ years achieving ATOs for compartment DoD IT.
• Strong FedRAMP assessment methodology knowledge.
• Experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud IL5, RMF, Zero Trust, STIGs, POA&M.
• DoD enterprise IT experience; relevant degrees required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cloud-hosted IT systems are secure and compliant with DoD requirements.
• Review cloud security policies and recommend improvements.
• Provide cloud resilience, vulnerability remediation, and security engineering.
• Apply advances in cloud security to deployment of programs and apps.
• Guide assessment teams in Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessments for cloud hosting.
• Support program deployments to meet DoD compliance.
