Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Officer to lead RMF and A&A activities on a DISA/DISA DTO program at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires DoD security experience, a current SECRET clearance, and strong coordination with government stakeholders and technical teams.

You will oversee security requirements, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and security engineering, ensuring compliance with DoD/DISA policies and the DTO deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years leading cybersecurity efforts with ISSO or equivalent.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
• Experience developing SSPs, risk assessments, A&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and remediation planning.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, CNSSI 1253, and NIST 800-53 controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF management and security controls across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate A&A activities and maintain authorization artifacts in eMASS.
• Manage DTOs, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Provide cybersecurity leadership and stakeholder coordination.
• Mentor junior cybersecurity personnel and improve processes.
