Job summary

DAn Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead the architecture and design of cybersecurity solutions for secure federal networks. The role requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph and on-site work in Reston, VA/DC, with a focus on reducing attack surfaces and enabling mission success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including lead roles.
• Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture.
• Experience leading product-selection and technology-evaluation initiatives.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and translate requirements into architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop security solutions aligned with enterprise strategies and mission needs.
• Architect Zero Trust roadmaps and capabilities.
• Lead network and systems architecture with focus on hardening and attack-surface reduction.
• Translate objectives into engineering outcomes and solutions.
• Evaluate security technologies and recommend tools and approaches.
• Lead technology selection across perimeter defense, Zero Trust, A&O, AI/ML, IAM, and network access control.
• Develop architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and architects.
