Job summary

The role requires 8–12+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in security architecture, hands-on risk management, and strong collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security/assurance, MIS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on security architecture experience including risk management and compliance.
• Zero Trust and IAM/PAM design at scale; enterprise guardrails and policy-as-code experience.
• Experience with modern security platforms (SIEM/EDR/XDR/SOAR) and automation to scale controls.
• Ability to communicate technical risk in business terms and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve MMS security architecture reference patterns and guardrails across cloud, network, identity, endpoint, application, and data protection.
• Lead architecture reviews for key initiatives, document decisions, risks, and required controls.
• Translate policy, risk, and regulatory obligations into engineering requirements and design standards.
• Define target-state security architecture and roadmaps; align with security, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Embed security in delivery through DevSecOps, CI/CD controls, IaC, secret management, and secure SDLC practices.
• Establish measurable security outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor architects and engineers; perform critical self-review and peer review of deliverables.
• Design and maintain cloud security architecture patterns with implementation guidance for delivery teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
