Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise security architectures across cloud, infrastructure, applications, networks, and data environments. The role emphasizes security strategy, architecture reviews, and risk-based controls.

The candidate will lead security design across IAM, encryption, network, and cloud security, while aligning with NIST/ISO controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security, with significant experience in security architecture.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Security Architecture and security design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAF).
• Knowledge of application security, API security, DevSecOps, and secure SDLC.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Expertise in encryption, PKI, key management, and data protection.
• Proficient communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity architecture and security solutions.
• Define security architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Perform security architecture reviews for applications, infrastructure, cloud, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies and controls.
• Develop security solutions across network, endpoints, identity, data, and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce Zero Trust security architecture and defense-in-depth strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, DevOps, risk teams, and governance.
• Evaluate security technologies and provide platform recommendations.
• Support threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security assessments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
