Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a senior information security consultant to lead PCI compliance initiatives across the organization. You will perform GAP analyses, plan projects, and evolve the PCI program from Day 1.

Role includes driving security policies, standards, and SOPs, conducting risk assessments (including third parties), and guiding incident response. You will partner with IT leaders and legal teams to strengthen overall security posture.

Qualifications

• Must have experience driving PCI compliance initiatives across large organizations.
• Strong ability to develop and implement security policies, standards and SOPs.
• Proven track record in risk assessment, incident response, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead major initiatives to identify and mitigate security gaps while guiding strategic decisions.
• Direct development, refinement, and implementation of security policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Design and lead security awareness initiatives within the organization.
• Lead complex security risk assessments, including third-party reviews, with stakeholders and legal teams.
• Oversee documentation of findings to support risk-based decisions.
• Investigate and resolve complex security events through incident response leadership.
• Manage daily security operations, monitor tools, and drive remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Provide cybersecurity training to teams and promote best practices across the organization.
• Evaluate threats and technologies, integrating new methods to improve security posture.
• Collaborate with security engineers and IT leaders to enhance tools and processes.
