Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Cybercrime Threat Hunting Manager to establish and lead a proactive detection and investigation capability within Information Security.

You will own the team strategy, governance, and methodologies while personally conducting high-priority hunts across digital banking channels. You will hire and mentor a multidisciplinary team, connect activity across identities, devices, and networks, and translate findings into detections, playbooks, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in cyber threat hunting, cybercrime, threat intelligence, fraud intelligence, security investigations, or a related field.
• Three or more years of direct people-leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex cybercrime or cyber threat investigations and translating findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new cybercrime threat-hunting and analytics capability.
• Establish strategy, roadmap, governance, priorities, and success measures for the team.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of threat hunters.
