Job summary

Decisive Point Consulting Group seeks a CyberArk/Conjur Engineer to design and implement Privileged Access Management capabilities for enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will customize configurations, integrate Conjur with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and DevSecOps teams to meet security requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Conjur, CyberArk, scripting, and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise PAM/IAM or identity security, including Conjur.
• 3+ years with CyberArk Conjur, secrets management, policy administration, and app integrations.
• Strong understanding of privileged account security, credential management, password rotation, and access controls.
• Experience with enterprise and cloud authentication/authorization (AD, LDAP, SAML, SSO, MFA).
• Experience integrating CyberArk and Conjur with apps, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs).
• Knowledge of networks (firewalls, load balancers, TCP/IP, routing).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Experience with PAM in federal/regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PAM and Conjur across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Customize CyberArk PAM and Conjur configurations to meet security policies.
• Integrate Conjur with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, containerized environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Develop and maintain Conjur authentication configurations and access policies.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and ongoing CyberArk/Conjur improvements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to secure access management.
• Create and maintain installation guides, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting docs.
