Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Principal Cyber Support Developer in Chantilly, VA to lead technical operations and deliver cyber security engineering solutions for mission-critical enterprise systems.

You will work with Linux, scripting, and CDS technologies, support A&A activities, and travel up to 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Requires TS/SCI with poly, 7+ years in systems engineering or software development, and active IAT Level II cert or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equiv. experience.
• 7+ years in systems engineering, cybersecurity, or software development.
• Proficient in Linux systems administration and scripting.
• Experience developing and maintaining Lua scripts.
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, firewalls, routers.
• Active IAT Level II cert (e.g., GSEC, Security+, SSCP; CISSP preferred) or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and cyber security engineering solutions.
• Support and deploy Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions for secure data transfers.
• Develop capabilities to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Support CDS assessment and authorization activities.
• Identify conflicts in CDS deployments and propose remediation.
• Contribute to milestones to meet customer requirements.
• Develop plans to safeguard files against unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
• Travel up to 25% to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
