Job summary

MANTECH in Chantilly, VA seeks a Principal Cyber Support Developer to lead cyber security engineering efforts and protect mission-critical systems. You will implement CDS technologies, build scalable Linux-based solutions, and collaborate with customers across CONUS/OCONUS; active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Roles involve leading technical operations, safeguarding enterprise systems, and traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
7+ years of experience in systems engineering, cybersecurity operations, or software development.
Proficient in Linux systems administration and scripting.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Lua (LUA) scripts.
Experience in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and routers.
Must hold an active IAT Level II certification or obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Utilize Linux and scripting to support and deploy Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions.
Engineer and deploy capabilities to improve performance and availability.
Support Assessment and Authorization activities related to CDS technologies.
Identify conflicts with CDS implementations and develop remediation recommendations.
Contribute to milestones to meet customer requirements.
Develop plans to safeguard computer files against unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
Travel up to 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
