Job summary

NCC Group in Chicago seeks a Strategic Cyber Advisory Director to lead senior-level client engagements, shaping strategic cyber propositions and long-term partnerships. You will work across sales, delivery, marketing and advisory activities to translate technical depth into sector-focused opportunities.

The role requires deep cyber risk understanding and executive credibility, with a track record of developing pipeline, revenue growth and trusted advisory relationships with senior client

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience across cybersecurity, cyber advisory, consulting or security leadership.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk, regulatory expectations and governance.
• Ability to engage credibly with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and board-level stakeholders.
• Extensive network of senior customer relationships and pipeline conversion track record.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services including governance, identity, cloud and third‑party risk.

Responsibilities

• Identify long-term, high-value cybersecurity opportunities aligned with client priorities and NCC Group capabilities.
• Provide senior advisory guidance across governance, regulatory readiness, identity, cloud security and AI governance.
• Develop sector-specific account plans and pursuit strategies with sales and delivery teams.
• Shape executive messaging and position NCC Group as a strategic cyber resilience partner.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and represent NCC Group externally at events.
