Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an experienced IT security professional to protect enterprise systems across cloud, endpoints, and applications. You will drive vulnerability remediation, perform security reviews for web and mobile apps, and implement robust security controls across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT Security and Compliance, CSIRT, and project teams, translating technical risk for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of information security experience in an enterprise.
• Experience conducting security assessments of applications and operating systems.
• Experience providing cyber threat analysis to development teams.
• Experience with application support and system troubleshooting.
• Experience collaborating with IT and management at multiple levels.
• Experience with SSO, password resets, self-service, federated identity, MFA, and IAM products/services.
• Experience working with offshore teams is preferred.
• Certifications such as AWS, CCSP, CISSP, CEH, CCNA, or CompTIA Cloud+ are preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, and iSeries AS400 operating systems.
