The role requires at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the field, ideally with a healthcare background, and involves collaboration with functional teams to mitigate cyber risks and enhance security across the organization. Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST CSF and HIPAA is required. The ideal candidate will also hold relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM.
