Job summary

Markesman Group in the United States supports NORAD and USNORTHCOM NC3 and J6 missions. The Senior Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight, delivering advisory services in cyber operations, strategic planning, real-time situational awareness, and cross-agency coordination.

The role also covers research, risk mitigation, capability development, and overseeing software prototypes to strengthen cyber and C4 operations across NORAD/USNORTHCOM domains.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program management experience in DoD or National Security missions.
• Experience supporting cyber operations, C4 systems, or strategic planning.
• Background in operational planning, situational awareness, or command and control environments.
• Experience coordinating across federal, state, or interagency organizations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution supporting NC3 and J6 cyberspace operations.
• Oversee research and analysis on cyber operations and real-time situational awareness.
• Manage assessments of physical systems, infrastructure, and networks.
• Guide analysis of operational data, training events, and contingency operations.
• Develop risk mitigation recommendations including architectural and supply chain considerations.
• Oversee development of tools or prototypes to improve survivability.
• Coordinate cyber planning with federal, state, and local partners.
• Ensure alignment with NORAD/USNORTHCOM HD and DSCA missions.
• Support C4 operations planning for information superiority.
• Provide leadership to CWOC and DCO 24/7 monitoring and reporting.
