State Street is seeking a Sr. Platform Operations Engineer to advance cybersecurity data platforms, analytics, and AI-powered solutions.

You will collaborate with Global Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Continuity Services to build scalable platforms and automation that enable faster, data-driven threat detection and response. This role emphasizes reliability, modernization, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise SIEM, cybersecurity observability, and log management in large environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management.
• Strong collaboration across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead support, administration, reliability, and day-to-day operations of enterprise cybersecurity platforms.
• Support operational roadmap for SIEM operations, observability, data ingestion, and reporting.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and service improvement programs.
• Mentor global support teams and coordinate vendor engagements.
• Improve alert workflows, monitoring, and telemetry health to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Service Management teams.
