Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 20+ years SE experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly is required.
• Ability to derive measurable system requirements from high-level needs.

Responsibilities

• Create process documents, migration plans, and program SE documents.
• Participate in IPTs, identifying SE areas needing enterprise coordination.
• Provide oversight of development and integration activities with LSEs and stakeholders.
• Track development software, system requirements, and planning documentation.
• Guide and oversee SE process development and implementation.
• Document as-is and to-be Cybersecurity enterprise architectures.
• Provide system testing support for TEMP and related program docs.
