Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner to support DoD cyberspace operations through mission planning, defensive cyber operations, and network defense initiatives. On-site in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting future operations, developing planning products, and coordinating with joint staffs and cyber components to synchronize efforts. This role requires 8+ years in cyber operations, TS/SCI clearance, JPME I, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting cyber operations or DoD mission environments.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain CI Polygraph.
• JPME I certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support defensive cyberspace operations planning and crisis action planning.
• Develop CONOPS, estimates, BPLANs/CONPLANs/OPLANs, and mission orders.
• Coordinate with joint staffs and cyber components to synchronize planning.
• Brief SES and GO/FO leadership on plans and objectives.
• Support planning teams and cyber campaigns with MEAs and mission assessments.
