Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of direct network investigations experience.
• Strong knowledge of CND policies, procedures and regulations.
• In depth knowledge of TCP/IP and common protocols (HTTP/S, DNS, SSH, SMB).
• Experience with network topology (DMZ/WAN) and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Government lead in coordinating teams in preliminary incident response investigations.
• Assists on-site with interfacing with the customer.
• Determines appropriate actions in response to network activity.
• Assesses topology and device configurations to identify security concerns.
• Collects network intrusion artifacts and uses data to mitigate incidents.
• Analyzes identified malicious activity to determine weaknesses and effects.
• Collects device integrity data and analyzes signs of tampering.
• Supports real-time CND incident handling on-site engagements.
