Job summary

IronEagleX is seeking a SME Cyber Network Analyst to join our fast-paced government IT team in Crystal City, VA. You will analyze, engineer, and troubleshoot complex network environments while supporting the integration and operationalization of advanced cyber capabilities.

As a senior professional, you will reconstruct networks, evaluate cyber outputs, and translate findings into mission-relevant capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct network surveys and assessments to identify, document, and characterize network architectures, configurations, systems, services, and communications pathways.
• Build and maintain laboratory environments to reproduce network configurations, validate findings, and support capability development.
• Analyze and map complex network environments including devices, hosts, routing, protocols, and dependencies.
• Translate cyber-derived outputs into understandable network, system, and operational context for analysts and engineers.
• Develop Python scripts and lightweight automation tools for analysis, data processing, and workflows.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs in operational and lab environments.
• Create technical documentation and network diagrams communicating findings clearly.
• Collaborate with analysts, software developers, and engineers to translate problems into solutions.
• Apply disciplined configuration management and testing to ensure repeatability.
