Job summary

Shadow Strategies is seeking skilled systems engineers to support a declarative, mission-adaptable workflow capability for cyber operations from Columbia, MD, with travel. Clear TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required; telework is TBD per tasking and manager approval.

You will define requirements, interfaces, and verification activities to advance the platform from static management to offensive mission automation, coordinating across software, infrastructure, and mission services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 7 years of experience.
• OR an associate degree with 11 years of experience.
• OR 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Degrees must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into system requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define and document system interfaces, data flows, and integration points across software, infra, automation, and mission services.
• Integrate components into cohesive mission capabilities and resolve cross-system issues.
• Maintain requirements traceability through design, implementation, integration, test, and operations.
