The role emphasizes RMF/DoD policy adherence, PKI enabling, and cyber security program execution on-site. The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance with MA/MS (12+ years) or BA/BS (15+ years) including DoD experience; 8570 baseline certs CASP+ CE, CISSP, CSSLP are expected, and eMASS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• MA/MS and 12+ years of relevant experience with 5+ in DoD, or BA/BS and 15+ years with 5+ in DoD.
• 8570 Baseline Certifications: CASP+ CE, CISSP (or Associate), CSSLP.
• Familiar with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).

Responsibilities

• Ensure RMF and DoD 8510.01 compliance for information systems.
• Support PKI/PK enabling for biometrics and encryption across systems.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of networks and data.
• Contribute to system design with security policies and controls.
• Perform ISSE/IASAE duties per AFI 33-200/33-210 and AFMAN 33-285.
• Execute ISSO/ISSM duties for assigned systems and applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION* Quantech Services is seeking full-time Personnel Cybersecurity support located at Lackland AFB-San Antonio, TX supporting theCryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC). The candidate shall perform the following tasks:

• Ensuring compliance with the DoD and USAF certification and accreditation policies, specifically DoD 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology.
• Supporting activities and meet the requirements of DoDI 8520.02, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, in order to achieve standardized, PKI-supported capabilities for biometrics, digital signatures, encryption, identification, and authentication.
• Perform work that involves ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies
• Participating in network and systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies
• Facilitating the gathering, analysis, and preservation of evidence uses in the prosecution of computer crimes
• Assessing security events to determine impact and implementing of corrective actions
• Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of IT services
• Performing the Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) duties in an Information Assurance Workforce System Architecture and Engineering (IASAE) position as outlined in AFI 33-200, AFI 33-210, and AFMAN 33-285 for assigned systems.
• Performing the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) duties as outlined in DoDI 8510.01 for assigned systems/applications
