Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Cyberspace Defense Infrastructure Architecture SME in San Antonio, TX to support the Air Force Division on the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract.

The role requires advanced knowledge of network engineering, DoD acquisition processes, DoDAF diagrams, and collaboration across IPTs to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with relevant experience on ACAT III+ programs.
• CCNP certification and TS clearance required.
• Advanced knowledge and recognized ability in infrastructure architecture.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoDI 5000.2, AFI 63-101 guidance for acquisition and sustainment network engineering.
• Contribute to adapting networks, firewalls, and gateways for Cyber Agile Acquisition in JCC2.
• Create DoDAF-quality network diagrams to meet sustainment requirements.
• Propose upgrade roadmaps for hardware and software to support JCC2 capabilities.
• Generate technical baselines and recommended solutions for the program manager.
• Communicate effectively in writing and briefing materials for IPTs and leadership.
• Support rapid, high-intensity cyber efforts with cross-team collaboration.
• Produce artifacts to measure effectiveness and productivity of JCC2 initiatives.
