Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Technology is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to guide containment, investigation, and resolution of cybersecurity events. This leadership role coordinates across Security Operations, IT, Risk Management, and business units to strengthen Toyota’s security posture.

You will develop playbooks, monitor threats, mentor analysts, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving improvements in incident response programs and governance.

• Lead incident response investigations and provide guidance to analysts and team members.
• Oversee triage, containment, analysis, escalation, and remediation of security incidents.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, IT, Risk Management, and executives to communicate findings and drive resolution.
• Develop and refine incident response frameworks, playbooks, and tools to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and integrate insights into SOPs and training.
• Identify systemic risks from incident data to inform security program enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough audit documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of incident response processes to meet evolving threats.
