Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity focusing on identity and access management. The role centers on modernizing identity environments with Microsoft Entra ID, on‑premises Active Directory and hybrid directory services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID across design, implementation, administration or support.
• Hands-on knowledge of hybrid identity, Entra Connect or Cloud Sync, directory synchronization, group policy, DNS, replication and identity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with identity security controls such as conditional access, multifactor authentication, passwordless authentication, privileged identity management and access reviews.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, administering and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID‑centric identity solutions in cloud‑first and hybrid environments.
• Supporting hybrid identity architectures, including synchronization, coexistence, troubleshooting and integration between Microsoft Entra ID and on‑premises Active Directory.
• Implementing modern authentication and authorization controls such as conditional access, multifactor authentication, passwordless authentication, single sign‑on and risk‑based access.
• Supporting identity governance activities such as joiner, mover and leaver processes, access packages, access reviews and privileged identity management.
• Providing hands‑on Active Directory support, including group policy, organizational unit design, DNS, replication health, backup and restore, posture hardening and root cause analysis.
