Job summary

CONMED seeks a Lead Information Security Auditor (GRC) to advance the company’s cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance program across product development, manufacturing, OT, and IT. You will liaison with executives, quality, regulatory affairs, and legal to embed security across operations and the product lifecycle.

The role focuses on managing cyber risk, regulatory readiness, and executive visibility into security posture, with responsibility for policy, standards, and framework

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years in cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, or audit roles.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and healthcare/manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs.
Coordinate audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party assessments.
Maintain cyber risk register across IT, OT, and devices.
Develop executive risk reports and performance metrics.
Partner with Audit, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
