Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is looking for a Cyber Engineer 4 in Annapolis, MD. This role focuses on cybersecurity design and implementation for large complex systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and conduct cybersecurity assessments to ensure compliance with DoD standards.

Applicants must have a strong technical background and hold an active TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities include implementing security tools, vulnerability assessments, and working closely with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security tools for cybersecurity.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and security assessments.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with system owners.

Skills

Working with industry and government agencies on cybersecurity

Proficiency with ACAS and HBSS

Excellent understanding of DoD RMF lifecycle

Strong oral, written and presentation skills

Education

Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity
