Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with military cyberspace operations or computer network operations.
• Joint or COCOM level mission planning experience.
• Knowledge of cyberspace capabilities, TTPs, and available infrastructure.
• Experience with cybersecurity teams (CMT/NMT/CST) and Joint Task Force elements.
• Experience with full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
• Completion of the Joint Information Operations Planners or STO Planners Course.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners in Cyber Effects integration toward Joint Operations level planning.
• Assist with drafting OPORDs, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.
• Participate in JPGs and OPTs analyzing cyber capabilities in mission plans.
• Develop concepts of support and actions, coordinate with external capabilities.
• Support cryptologic operations and PED management for mission requirements.
• Coordinate with SIGINT processing and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Provide SME support to data flow and cyber infrastructure planning.
