Job summary

EY’s Cyber AI practice seeks a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, and remediation support. You will own technical deliverables, guide engineers, and collaborate with model providers and researchers to test capabilities and document findings.

Travel up to 25–50% is expected while delivering architecture, demonstrations, and reusable components. A strong background in Python, APIs, and secure AI practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLM applications for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Own assigned technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting; support Consultants.
• Test cyber capabilities, document deployment findings, and develop reusable components and playbooks.
