Job summary

Indorama Ventures: Indovinya in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service for key accounts, manage orders, and act as a subject matter expert on systems, policies, and products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, manufacturing, logistics, and pricing—to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, while mentoring teammates and handling escalations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience handling orders and customer inquiries with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus and beneficial for cross-border interactions.
• SAP experience in Order to Cash/Sales and Distribution is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload to ensure order counts, calls, and emails meet service levels.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and respond to inquiries about orders and products.
• Serve as subject matter expert on systems and processes; support audits and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Credit, Supply Chain, and Pricing to ensure timely orders.
• Lead and mentor fellow customer service advisors; manage escalations and provide back-up support.
