Job description

About Sprig

Sprig is the customer survey platform, rebuilt around AI agents.

Sprig is the customer survey platform, rebuilt around AI agents.

For two decades, teams have relied on Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey to understand their customers. These platforms were built for a slower era, with manual setup, fragmented workflows, and insights that arrive too late to shape decisions. The gap between how fast products move and how fast research can keep up has never been wider.

We're building something different. With Sprig, AI agents design studies, adapt surveys in real time, and turn responses into clear, actionable insight. Teams move from question to evidence in hours instead of weeks, without sacrificing rigor. Product teams no longer guess. They know.

Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on, so the best teams in the world can build products their customers love.

Companies like Microsoft, DoorDash, Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor use Sprig to stay close to their users. Backed by $85M from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and First Round Capital, we're growing quickly across the world's leading product organizations.

The category is being rebuilt, with AI at the core. If you're excited by hard problems and the chance to define how modern teams understand their customers, we'd love to meet you.

About The Role
  • As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Sprig, you will help customers successfully deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and scale Sprig across their organizations. You’ll partner directly with product teams, researchers, and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and ensure customers maximize the value of our platform.

This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Solutions Engineering. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, own complex technical engagements, and act as a strong internal advocate for customer needs and product improvements.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration, and who is comfortable independently navigating complex customer environments in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office 4x per week.

Your Impact
  • Partner directly with customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, SDK implementations, APIs, survey deployments, and platform configuration
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation support, including complex or enterprise deployments, to help customers successfully roll out Sprig across their teams and workflows
  • Conduct technical demos and solution consultations aligned to customer business goals and technical requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify common customer requests, test workarounds and new feature releases, and improve technical documentation to ensure customer success
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers by recommending best practices, creative solutions, and scalable workflows that maximize platform adoption and long-term success
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support technical evaluations, expansions, and customer growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of complex customer challenges from initial diagnosis through resolution, coordinating across internal teams as needed
Your Strengths
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Implementation Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a genuine curiosity for understanding how systems work and the ability to independently navigate ambiguous technical problems
  • Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, frontend integrations, and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and modern web or mobile application architectures (iOS, Android)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly collaborative and energized by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software platforms is preferred
  • Familiarity with product development, UX research, analytics, or digital experience tooling is a plus
