Qualifications

• Familiarity with ACS hardware and software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st level customer support across email, chat, phone and mail channels.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and access issues across ACS products and services.
• Provide timely, accurate responses and ensure end-to-end resolution using knowledge databases.
• Support special projects and customer feedback analysis.
• Execute tasks and projects aligned with objectives and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other divisions and external communities to deliver high-quality support.
