JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to enhance our team in the role of Senior Customer Sales Analyst. This pivotal position combines sales expertise with a focus on generating valuable business insights and recommendations for unit and revenue growth. As a Senior Customer Sales Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful category research to Customer Business Teams. We’re looking for someone who not only analyzes data but is also passionate about transforming that analysis into strategic initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with sales team to deliver insights and strategies to help drive sales, sell-through, and profit.
• Become a subject matter expert in multiple external operating systems like 1world sync, Syndigo, and Nielsen.
• Creates and develops ad-hoc reports as needed for sales, support teams and executive leadership.
• Assist in developing presentations for retailer reviews or monthly connects.
• Assist with customer administration, which includes completing new Item forms, item setup, submitting promotions and other items.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of CPG experience.
• Experience with Nielsen and 1world Sync.
• Proven analytical and category management skills.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data.
• Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Occasional travel.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
