Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus two years of MPS Custodian experience.
• Equivalent education/experience as determined by Human Resources.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work within established policies.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains indoor and outdoor public spaces to high standards.
• Oversees Custodians, coordinates assignments and monitors quality.
• Maintains supplies, creates work orders, tracks budget and reports.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment safely; handles emergencies.
