Qualifications

• Through knowledge of standard custodial processes, practices and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of operating custodial equipment.
• Strong SDS knowledge and chemical handling.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and direct custodial staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial equipment and supplies use.
• Plan daily work production to meet workflow goals.
• Provide supervision, guidance, training, and support to staff.
• Inspect tasks for quality and completion.
• Complete maintenance reports and daily inspections.
• Follow mold remediation procedures and biohazard handling processes.
• Maintain inventory and records of materials.
• Clean, restock consumables and sanitize office spaces.
• Attend site as required.
