Qualifications

• Experience supervising custodial staff, planning and directing work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of employees in the Custodial program.
• Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure custodial services meet site needs and that staff have the equipment and supplies needed.
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections and report results with emphasis on repairs.
• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work; ensure SBM policies and safety compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field—4-year college or university
