Job description

The Swiss Institute (SI) is an independent non-profit contemporary art institution in New York City. It is hiring a Senior Curator who will serve as a key member of the leadership team, shaping the institution's artistic vision and overseeing the full cycle of exhibitions, commissions, off-site projects, public programs, publications and digital initiatives. The role involves supervising curatorial staff, managing budgets, cultivating relationships with artists and partners worldwide, and representing SI in public forums.

The position requires a minimum of six years of museum curatorial experience, a Master’s degree, and extensive knowledge of contemporary art. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The salary is $90,000 per year, complemented by a competitive benefits package that includes the following benefits:
