Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a contractor resource to support NC FAST development using Cúram Software. You will act as on-site lead for development questions, work with Senior Technical Consultants on design issues, and drive lifecycle activities from requirements through testing.

Focus areas include business process modeling, reengineering with Cúram, and reporting to the NC FAST Project Manager. The role requires deep experience with Cúram Framework, IEG2, CERT, XML, Oracle, and WebSphere, plus

Qualifications

• Social enterprise management experience, required 3 years.
• Experience as a Cúram Developer across full life cycle, required 3 years.
• Experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules, required 3 years.
• Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills, required 3 years.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts to technical and non-IT users, required 3 years.
• Experience writing technical documents using MS Office, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required 3 years.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and respond to needs with urgency, required 3 years.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and follow complex technical procedures, required 3 years.
• Experience with Oracle and Subversion, required 3 years.
• Technical knowledge: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, required 3 years.
• Technical knowledge: Eclipse, HTML, CSS, Web Services (SOAP/WSDL), required 3 years.
• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools, highly desired.
• State Government experience, highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and detailed requirement development and code development.
• Participate in JAD sessions and design reviews.
• Manage life cycle for NC FAST implementation components.
• Model business/workflow processes and reengineer using Cúram.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design issues.
• Report statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager and ensure DHHS policies are followed.
