Job summary

Venatôre LLC is seeking a Counter UAS Analyst - Senior to provide senior-level operational and analytical support in USCENTCOM's IAMD division at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role involves planning, integration, evaluation, and assessment of Counter-UAS capabilities across the AOR, with collaboration across Joint Staff, Combatant Command, services, and partner nations.

The position requires travel, top-secret clearance eligibility, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Must be U.S. citizen.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5–8 years of Counter‑UAS operational planning, integration, analysis, evaluations, and assessments.
• Experience drafting, editing, reviewing, and presenting written products to senior military leadership (GO/FO).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (no combat zone travel).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for CUAS operational planning, exercises, and mission execution activities.
• Develop, analyze, and coordinate CUAS solutions for CONPLANs/OPLANs and other planning efforts.
• Integrate CUAS assets into USCENTCOM's command and control architecture.
• Assist in development and synchronization of IAMD operational planning initiatives.
• Monitor CUAS force posture and system laydown across the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Prepare, edit, and review operational reports and briefings for senior leadership.
