The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in clinical operations, including significant experience as a Clinical Trial Manager. Competitive salary range is $176,000 - $215,000, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of clinical operations experience, with at least 4 years as a Clinical Trial Manager.
• Experience managing Phase I and early development trials across various populations.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Pharmacology principles and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of early-phase trials.
• Oversee CRO and vendor onboarding and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Ensure clinical trial data integrity and compliance with protocols.
