Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Senior CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging and ensure patient safety while maintaining imaging standards. The role includes serving as a lead in absence of leadership and assisting in orientation and training for staff.

Education: imaging program graduate with required clinical hours; Experience: 2 years CT; Licensure/Certs: ARRT CT and BLS (licensure as required by state). PreferredLeadership, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited imaging program with required clinical hours.
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience.
• Current ARRT CT certification and BLS.
• State licensure may be required depending on the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Serve as a lead when leadership is unavailable and act as a resource for the team.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff and new hires.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
