• Selects accurate technical factors and applies dose-reduction concepts.
• Leads staff, supports workflow, and participates in training and education.
• Oversees RIS/PACS workflow and image availability for interpretation.
• Ensures compliance with safety, policies, and ethics per ARRT.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and budget planning.
