Job summary

Harris Health in Houston, TX seeks a skilled CT Technologist to perform and support CT imaging for diagnostic evaluation. You will operate CT scanners, ensure patient comfort, maintain image quality, and mentor staff in the absence of the supervisor.

Requirements include graduation from a JRCERT-accredited program, Texas MRT license, ARRT CT certification, BLS, and five years of CT experience. This role requires weekends and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• Texas Medical Board licensure as Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) or equivalent.
• ARRT CT Certification and BLS required.
• Minimum of five years of CT technologist experience.

Job Summary

To provide patient care and technical skills in the operation of a computed tomography (CT) scanner for diagnostic and evaluation purposes. Mentors and takes charge in the absence of the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program

Licenses & Certifications

• Cert Medical Radiologic Tech by the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
• Basic Life Support from a hospital- based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program
• Cert Computed Tomography Tech by the ARRT

• Five (5) as a staff CT Technologist
