Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of related experience.
• Technical Program Radiologic Technology or Associate's degree in Imaging related field such as Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy.
• ARRT certification in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy, and CT (CT- designation) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures according to established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Selects appropriate technical protocols and scan sequences for each exam.
• Verifies patient identity and pregnancy status prior to procedures.
• Administers contrast material as required by the exam and patient plan.
• Communicates clearly with patients to explain procedures and obtain consent.
• Maintains sterile technique and manages contrast materials safely.
• Operates imaging equipment and processes diagnostic images per quality standards.
• Documents history, orders, and findings in the patient record.
