Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Senior CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic CT imaging and ensure patient safety while maintaining imaging standards. The role includes acting as a lead when needed and assisting in training, with strong communication to patients and clinical teams.

The position is full-time at Mercy Rogers, Arkansas, requiring imaging program graduation, ARRT CT and BLS credentials, and 2 years of CT experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with completed clinical hours.
• 2 years of relevant CT imaging experience required.
• State licensure may be required depending on practice state.
• ARRT CT certification and BLS certification required.

The Senior CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist performs high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires proficiency and thorough understanding of operating imaging equipment and procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining imaging standards. Responsibilities include serving as a lead, when leadership is unavailable, serving as a resource, assisting in orientation, and training. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and the required clinical hours have been completed.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
• Certification/Registration: ARRT (CT) ; Basic Life Support (BLS)
