Job summary

Mercy – Rogers is seeking a Senior CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic CT imaging and ensure patient safety. This role includes serving as a lead when leadership is unavailable and helping orient and train staff, while maintaining clear communication with patients and medical teams.

Minimum qualifications include an accredited Imaging Program graduate with required clinical hours, 2 years of experience, ARRT (CT) certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and the required clinical hours have been completed.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• ARRT (CT); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Lead as needed when leadership is unavailable and provide guidance to staff.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

The Senior CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist performs high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires proficiency and thorough understanding of operating imaging equipment and procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining imaging standards. Responsibilities include serving as a lead, when leadership is unavailable, serving as a resource, assisting in orientation, and training. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and the required clinical hours have been completed.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Certification/Registration: ARRT (CT) ; Basic Life Support (BLS)
