Job summary

MENTOR Technical Group Corporation is seeking an experienced professional in laboratory validation to join our team in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and more than 5 years of experience with computerized systems validation in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing laboratory protocols, providing validation services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in project management tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with PLCs or laboratory instrumentation systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in validating laboratory computerized systems.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise laboratory protocols and related documents.
• Provide CSV and SOP validation for laboratory equipment.
• Write validation and technical documentation.
