Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a CSSP Engineer/Architect, SME to lead cybersecurity compliance and RMF accreditation for the DFAS CCE. You will oversee A&A, FISMA, audit readiness, vulnerability management, and security documentation to keep systems ATO-ready.

U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance is required. Responsibilities include leading security infrastructure, operator of CS-SP toolsets, and ensuring 3-year accreditation while aligning with Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years cybersecurity engineering experience.
• CISSP-ISSEP certification demonstrating security engineering expertise.
• Experience with CSSP accreditation processes and DoD reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of JFHQ DODIN/Cyber Command reporting requirements.
• Experience with NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSSP engineering team for security infrastructure technologies.
• Engineer perimeter defense appliances and SIEM toolsets.
• Operate CSSP toolsets (IDS/IPS, ESS, ACAS, penetration tools, traffic monitoring).
• Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Plan due 30 days after start.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed for identified weaknesses.
• Maintain compliance with reporting requirements.
• Review security for new equipment deployed on CCE enclaves.
• Ensure 100% STIG compliance for new deployments.
• Maintain CSSP accreditation with 3-year cycle.
• Align technologies with Zero Trust architecture where applicable.
